About the Role
Agenyz Trading Ltd (Larnaca) is looking to add an administrative assistant to our team.
Requirements and Qualifications
Primary Responsibility: Become a reliable support in various matters.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to multitask and handle stress
- Proactive problem-solving skills, both innovative and within set guidelines
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs, particularly for spreadsheets, databases, and text processing software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle routine tasks
- Ability to work with large volumes of information
- Attention to even the smallest details
- Good command of English (B2 or higher) and Russian, with Greek as an advantage
- Interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting visitors and performing general administrative duties
- Handling phone calls
- Communicating and promptly managing incoming client requests
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems and document flow
- Assisting with accounting, presentations, and reports
- Preparing and distributing correspondence, memos, and forms
- Ensuring up-to-date information on the website and in company files
- Gathering, analyzing, and processing information from open sources
- Writing and translating (non-machine) small texts according to company standards for the website and social media
- Preparing and managing spreadsheets following company standards
- Maintaining and updating contact information for clients, employees, suppliers, and partners
- Documenting expenses and financial data
- Monitoring office supplies
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Assisting colleagues with project work
- Completing tasks assigned by the office manager
