About the Role

Our Team is expanding and we are looking for dynamic and high caliber individuals to join us at FCG in Larnaca.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly, courteously, and accurately.

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our products/services, features, and processes. Stay updated on changes and updates to deliver accurate information to customers.

  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing transactions, and updating account information. Ensure accuracy in data entry and follow established procedures for order fulfilment.

  • Verify customer information and account details to ensure data security and customer protection.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products or services based on customer needs and preferences.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Follow company policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in customer interactions.

  • Seek opportunities for self-improvement and participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and call handling techniques.

Responsibilities and Duties

Candidates must have the legal right to work in Cyprus with all necessary paperwork and permits
