About the Role
Vizus Group, a corporate services provider and a property developer with an office in Limassol, is offering an open position of a Marketing Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the marketing industry (preferably, in real estate/property sector).
· Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Russian (knowledge of Greek is a plus).
· Strong communication skills, friendly, team-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company.
· Plan, execute, and manage effective advertising campaigns within the specific budget.
· Build and maintain professional relationships with both local and international agents to expand the company’s partner network.
· Collaborate with designers in creating advertising materials, including writing clear and persuasive content for websites, brochures, catalogues, and other promotional tools.
· Coordinate with designers, illustrators, printers, photographers, production companies, and other participants involved in marketing campaigns.
· Conduct search engine optimization in collaboration with IT specialists using various techniques.
· Review, edit, proofread, and check spelling and grammar of the texts in existing content in English and Russian.
· Write press releases and news articles related to property in Cyprus.
