Requirements and Qualifications

  • Fluency in spoken English

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A motivated, target-driven mindset

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not essential

  • Legal right to work in Cyprus, with all necessary permits

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and care, assisting customers with their inquiries

  • Reach out to existing customers to promote exciting new products and services

  • Build strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication

  • Work toward achievable sales and service goals with the full support of your team
