Requirements and Qualifications
Fluency in spoken English
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A motivated, target-driven mindset
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not essential
Legal right to work in Cyprus, with all necessary permits
Responsibilities and Duties
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and care, assisting customers with their inquiries
Reach out to existing customers to promote exciting new products and services
Build strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication
Work toward achievable sales and service goals with the full support of your team
